Let the design process begin...
To help you visualize we'll develop a few preliminary designs for the design of your new space.
Then...
It's time to design your palette! We'll give you a glimpse of the colors, materials and finishes. Millwork and any custom cabinetry that will be implemented into your space. It's important for you to visualize and be able to see what is going in your space!
Next...
We create construction documents. These are drawings that tell our fleet of contractors and craftspeople exactly how we want your space to be built.
And Then...
Details, details, details! We finalize all drawings, layouts and custom finishes for your space.
With your stamp of approval, we move to...
Purchasing, ordering, shipping, receiving... and of course, inspecting. We want everything to be perfect.
It's time to start construction...
We'll over see and coordinate all of the construction, electrical, plumbing, lighting installation, AV, landscaping, everything imaginable for construction. We want to ensure that everything is done properly and beautifully.
While under construction...
Lets you see the process of our work, we're taking videos and photos. We want you to see your space start to come of life!
It's installation time...
It's like Christmas morning! We bring over trucks filled with your furniture. Don't worry... we do all the heavy lifting, or have our strong guys take care of it. Because we've drawn everything up, don't worry, we know every piece of furniture will fit through the door.
Finally...
It's reveal day. Flowers in place and candles are lit. It's time to call this house your dream home!
